- Q. Your system tells me that my email address is already taken. I don't remember signing up with MSN Ireland - Match.com in the past. How can this be?

It's possible that you previously signed up with MSN Ireland - Match.com and simply don't remember. If that's the case, simply verify your email address and birthdate so we can remind you about your account information.
It's also possible that someone else signed up with your email address, in which case you still can sign up by creating a free Web-based email account.

Please make sure you're entering a valid zip code. If you're sure the zip code you've entered is correct, it's possible that the postal service has recently revised the zip code for your area. If that's the case, please check with your local postal office or mail carrier to verify your new zip code.
